摘　　要：为规范电网调控运行人员培训模拟的开发建设,进一步提升培训模拟系统的实用化,适应我国电网运行特性和运行组织模式新形势下的要求,依据国家、行业和企业标准的相关要求,在Q/GDW 680.46—2011标准基础上修订完成了《智能电网调度控制系统调控运行人员培训模拟》标准。通过制定该标准,规范功能构成、技术要求、接口要求、性能指标。对标准的内容进行介绍,并从调度员培训模拟、监控员培训模拟、多级电网联合反事故演习等方面对标准的部分关键条文进行详细解读,有助于加深对标准的理解,为研究人员或系统开发人员在系统建设和功能完善等方面提供相应参考。In order to regulate the development and construction of power grid dispatcher and operator training simulator and further promote the practicability of dispatcher and operator training simulator, and to adapt to the requirement of the power grid operation characteristics and organization structure under the new situation, the SGCC standard of Q/GDW 680.46—2011 is revised and the new standard of smart grid dispatching control system dispatcher and operator training simulator is formed according to the standard writing requirement of state, trade and corporation. The standard specifies the simulator＇s functions, technical requirements, and performance index. The contents of the standard and a detailed interpretation of some of the key provisions are introduced from the aspects of dispatcher training simulation, power grid monitor training simulation, multi-level power grid joint anti-accident exercises, etc. which contributes to enhancing the understandability of the standard. Meanwhile, it provides corresponding reference for the researchers and system developers in system construction and function improvement.
