摘 要:基于CRUIS E软件建立平地机的整机仿真模型,研究发动机变功率技术对整车牵引特性及油耗的影响。通过两种变功率方案,一种为只限制发动机转矩的模式(方案1),另一种为限制发动机转矩的同时降低发动机转速的模式(方案2),对液力机械传动式和机械传动式平地机进行仿真分析。研究发现,在轻载工况下,变功率方案1对整机牵引性能和油耗影响较小;在重载工况下,变功率方案1能够降低油耗,但是整机牵引性能也随之降低;在轮胎打滑工况下,变功率方案1的轮胎滑转程度降低,能量损失较小;无论在轻载还是重载工况下,变功率方案2的油耗最低,但是整机牵引性能也最低;在轮胎打滑工况下,变功率方案2的能量损失最小。Based on a CRUISE software,a simulation model for whole graders was constructed in order to see how power shift affects drawbar-pull capability and fuel consumption rate thereof.The simulation analysis was done thru 2 programs.One of them is of a mode to limit the engine's torque only,and the other mode is to limit the engine's torque while decrease its RPM so as to make simulation and analysis of mechanical type and hydraulic type graders,respectively,the study finds that the case of program 1 affects drawbar pull and fuel consumption rate of the whole machine slightly under light load conditions,while under heavy load conditions program 1 can decrease the fuel rate but decreasing the drawbar pull immediately.Under tire slippage conditions program 1 can decrease tire slippage levels at lesser energy loss.As for program 2 it can get the lowest fuel consumption rate whether under light or heavy load conditions,and gets the lowest drawbar pull of the whole machine,however,with minimal power loss under tire slippage conditions as well.
