摘　　要：为了适应中国加入世贸组织后的形势,目前我国必须加快建筑业的改革步伐,以提高建筑企业的竞争力。国内建筑业在产权制度、价格体系和市场运作方面还存在很多问题,必须有针对性的地进行深化改革,以进一步完善企业自主经营机制,全面实现建筑产品商品化,并加强建筑市场管理。To adapt to the China' s entry of WTO, the reformation of construction industry must be quickened, aiming at improve the competence of construction enterprises. It' s also a key to exploiting development space and competing in the international market. The article analyzed principal problems of property, right price systerm and market operation in Chinese construction industry, moreover, put forward a series of relative concrete suggestions on the reformation.
