摘　　要：发展科技服务业,是转方式、调结构、稳增长、促进科技与经济深度融合的重要举措。本文着眼于"十二五"时期江苏科技服务业的发展现状,深入分析江苏科技服务业发展存在的问题;立足于"十三五"时期江苏科技服务业的发展需求,重点研究新时期适应江苏科技服务业发展的战略定位和基本思路,并提出推动江苏科技服务业发展的对策建议。The development of science and technology service industry is an important measure to transfer mode, adjust structure, and steady growth, which also can promote the deep integration of technology and economy.This article describes the status and deficiencies of Science and technology service industry on twelfth five-year period, introduces the strategic orientation and basic idea, and then proposes the countermeasure and advice which can meet the demand in the next five years.
