摘　　要：在经济发展步入新常态的背景下,国家互联网+战略的提出使科技服务业的发展呈现出集成化、便捷化、高端化的特点。从我国目前科技服务业发展的情况来看,仍存在着科技创新资源整合度不高、缺乏供需对接平台、新业态新模式未得到全面推广等问题。为此,亟需从战略高度推动科技服务业与互联网的融合发展,加强顶层设计,突破共性关键技术,推动新业态新模式发展,并通过试点示范工程的实施带动科技服务业的发展。Under the conditions of the new normal economic development, the appearance of national Internet＋strategy made the development of science and technology services become integrated, convenient and high-end. But the development of science and technology services exists several problems： low integration of scientific and technological innovation resources, the lack of supply and demand docking platform, non-extension of new models.Therefore, it is urgent to promote the integral development of science and technology service industry and the Internet, to strengthen top-level design, to breakthrough common and key technology, to promote the new models, and implement demonstration projects.
