摘　　要：运用Autodesk Revit软件,建立房屋和设备BIM,使用SQL Server软件建立运维数据库,实现与BIM信息的集成过程。以上海市儿童福利院专家决策系统、房屋修缮、设备运维为例,实现BIM技术在房屋运维系统中应用。This paper uses Revit Autodesk software to build houses and equipment BIM, using Server SQL software to establish the operation database, and BIM information integration process. Shanghai city children＇ s welfare home expert decision-making system, housing repair, equipment operation and maintenance as an example, to achieve BIM technology in housing operation and maintenance system.
