摘　　要：针对福建成品油长输管道使用的封头式螺栓连接形式的篮式过滤器存在开启清理难度大、劳动强度高、操作时间长以及费用高,影响成品油正常输送等问题,进行了快开盲板式过滤器改造,报道了改造方案、技术要求、材质、表面处理等实施方法,有效地解决了上述问题,保证了成品油长输管道的正常运行;为减少过滤器堵塞,提高管道运行周期还提出了应该采取的各项措施。Aiming at the problems existing in the basket type filter with head bolt connection forms applied in the Fujian oil products pipeline,such as inconvenient opening of blind plate,difficult construction,high labor intensity,long operating time and high cost,which affect the normal transportation,the filter is replaced by the quick opening blind plate type filter through renovation,which can effectively solve the above problems,and ensure the normal operation of oil pipeline.
