摘　　要：以某工业园区内配电网为例,进行了无功损耗计算和无功计量问题的分析,并根据用电侧配电网目前存在的问题,阐述了避免无功考核的相应措施和建议。Taking the distribution network in an industrial park as an example, the reac- tive power loss is calculated and the reactive measurement problem is analyzed. Then ac- cording to the problems existing in user-side distribution network, measures and sugges- tions to avoid the reactive power evaluation are expounded.
