摘 要:通过分析糠醛-水体系的热力学性质,设计了该体系非均相共沸精馏分离工艺流程。基于Aspen Plus工艺模型,提出了共沸精馏优化的思路和方法,为某工程分离糠醛-水体系提出了具有最优工艺参数及最小投资成本的工艺解决方案。优化方法可用于同类型工艺的工程设计,避免工程设计中过量放大的现象。根据所提出的工艺方案,工程实际生产达到了预定指标。With the analysis of thermodynamics property of furfural - water medium, inhomogeneous phase azeotropy distillation and separation process for this medium was designed. Based on Aspen Plus process model, the idea and method of optimization for azeotropy distillation were presented. The process scheme with optimum process parameters and minimum investment cost was proposed for the separation of furfural - water mixture used in one project. This optimum method, which will avoid excess magnification in application, can be applied in the engineering designs for the processes with the type similar to mentioned herein. With the scheme presented, it had been proved that the planed objective in practical production was reached.
