摘 要:采用聚硅酸硫酸铁作为絮凝剂对高浓度化工废水进行预处理,分析絮凝剂投加量、水样p H值、沉降时间对水样COD消除率的影响。试验结果表明,最佳预处理条件为絮凝剂投加量为4.0 ml/L,水样p H为9.0,沉降时间为80 min,废水水样COD消除率可达22.21%。因此,聚硅酸硫酸铁絮凝剂预处理高浓度化工废水效果明显,对于化工废水深度处理达标排放和回用具有较高的经济价值。Highly concentrated chemical waste water was pretreated by using polyferric silicate sulfate as flocculant. The quantity of flocculant needed, PH value in water sample and the effect of settle time to removal rate of COD in waste water sample were analyzed. It was shown that the optimum condition for pretreatment is as follows: the quantity of flocculant is 4.0 m/L; PH value of water sample is 9.0; when settle time is 80 min, the removal rate of COD can reach 22.21%. Thus, the effect of using polyferric silicate sulfate as flocculant is distinct in pretreatment of chemical waste water, and the method is highly valuable in extensive treatment for chemical waste water.
