摘　　要：背景 腹直肌鞘阻滞（rectus sheath block,RSB）是一种为腹壁正中切口手术提供术后镇痛的躯干神经阻滞技术,现在多模式镇痛中得到了应用. 目的 介绍RSB技术及临床应用近况. 内容 综述RSB的应用解剖、阻滞方法、药代动力学研究、临床应用及并发症等相关问题. 趋向 RSB在多模式镇痛中有着广阔的应用前景.Background Rectus sheath block （RSB） is a trunk block technique applied as an agent of postoperative multimodal analgesia for abdominal surgeries with midline incisions.Objective This article aims to introduce RSB technique and its current clinical applications.Content This article reviews the anatomy,block technique,pharmacokinetics,clinical applications and complications of RBS.Tread RSB has great prospect as an agent of multimodal analgesia as well as in clinical anesthesia.
