摘　　要：COPD是一组以气流受限为特征的肺部疾病。其患病率和病死率均居高不下，严重影响患者的生存质量，加重家庭和社会负担。但其病因尚不明确，本文旨在探讨基因多态性与 COPD发病的的相关性。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）is a group of lung diseases characterized by airflow limitation.The prevalence and mortality rates are high,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients,and increase the burden of family and society.But the cause is not clear,this paper aims to explore the correlation between the gene polymorphism and COPD disease.
