基于精准扶贫背景下的红色乡村旅游规划研究——以宁德市桃花溪村为例

摘　　要：以宁德市桃花溪村为例,分析其发展乡村旅游的优势和劣势,优势主要是生态环境良好,红色文化丰富,宗教历史悠久,海拔高空气好,劣势主要是地处偏僻交通不便,旅游吸引物不明显,配套基础设施滞后,旅游人才严重缺乏。按其规划定位,提出桃花溪旅游项目规划设计,即分区及项目建设节点,旅游商品策划,规划实施效果。并提出红色乡村旅游扶贫发展的建议,即以资源的精确评判开发红色乡村旅游资源,以良好的规划引导红色乡村旅游发展,以政府的大力支持提高红色乡村旅游品质。Taking Taohuaxi Village of Ningde City as an example, the advantages and disadvantages of develop the rural tourism wereanalyzed. The advantages were good ecological environment, rich red culture, long history of religion, high altitude and good air quality,but disadvantages were remote traffic inconvenience, unobvious tourism resources, lag of supporting infrastructure, serious lack tourismtalents. Base on the planning position, the tourism project planning of taohuaxi was designed as follows： node partition and projectconstruction, Tourism commodity planning, plan implementation effect. Some suggestion were put forward to promote red rural tourismpoverty alleviation and development, which including accurate judgment of tourism resource, good planning and strong governmentsupport.
