摘　　要：通过分析湖南农业科技发展现状以及现代农业发展的重大需求,运用实地调研、专家咨询等方法,提出了湖南省"十三五"农业技术创新和成果转化的重点任务。农业技术创新重点涵盖农业生物技术、农业信息技术、农业生态环保技术、农业物质装备技术和农业产业技术等五大领域,成果转化要重点加强重大技术成果转化落地、适用技术示范推广和产业技术发展布局优化。并提出要通过深化改革,加大投入,统筹推进等措施确保提升湖南农业科技自主创新能力。By analyzed the current situation of Hunan agricultural science and technology development and the major needs of the modernagriculture development, the use of field research, expert consultation and other methods, applied field research, expert consultation andother methods, the key task of Hunan province ＂13th Five-Year＂ agricultural technology innovation and achievements transformationwas put forward. Agricultural technology innovation included five fields： agricultural biotechnology, agricultural information technology,agricultural ecological environmental protection technology, agricultural material equipment technology and agricultural industrytechnology, achievements transformation should focus on strengthening the transformation of major technical achievements, the appropriatetechnology demonstration and promotion, and industrial technology development layout optimization. It was put forward to deepen thereform, increase investment, and promote co-ordination and so on, to enhance the ability of independent innovation of agricultural scienceand technology in Hunan.
