摘 要:通过采集电子垃圾堆放点周围的土壤,在室内栽种生菜,研究电子垃圾污染土壤中的重金属对生菜的毒性影响以及生菜对重金属的抗性。研究结果表明,随着土壤中重金属含量的增加,生菜体内叶绿素含量降低,距离电子垃圾堆放点2 m、20 m、40 m、50 m的土壤和水稻土上生长的生菜叶绿素平均含量分别是汕头土的21.2%、23.0%、64.3%、74.1%、62.9%,生菜表现出明显的失绿症状,光合作用的能力明显下降;土壤中重金属含量越高,生菜的过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性越高;生菜的CAT活性并未随着生菜的生长出现较大变化,但POD活性在生长后期有所增强;生菜对土壤重金属污染的自身调节能力较差。To study the toxicity of heavy metals in the soil contaminated by e- waste and the resistance of lettuce to heavy metals,indoor lettuce plantation was carried out with soil collected in the surrounding areas of e- wastes dumping site. The results indicated that chlorophyll content of lettuce decreased with the increase of the content of heavy metals in soil. The chlorophyll content of lettuce grown in the soil sampled 2,20,40 and 50 m away from the e- waste dumping sites were 21. 2%,23. 0%,64. 3%,74. 1% and 62. 9% respectively of that for the control group,and lettuce showed a symptom of significant green loss and the photosynthesis ability was therefore decreased evidently.The activity of CAT and POD were also witnessed to increase with the increase of heavy metal content in soil. The CAT activity did not change with the growth of lettuce,but the activity of POD was enhanced in the late growth stage. The results also showed a poor adaptation of lettuce to heavy metal contaminated soil.
