摘　　要：酒钢铁精矿极难有效沉降和过滤,滤饼水分高达15.5%以上,矿石性质进一步变差时可达16%以上,给精矿运输、烧结配料带来大的影响。本文从目前使用过滤、浓缩设备及工艺状况进行分析、试验,找出不足与问题,提出改进建议。Iron ore concentrate of JISCO is extremely difficult to effectively settling and filtration. The filter cake moisture is up to 15% and up to 16% affecting concentrate transportation and sintering production when the ore is further deterioration. The paper analyzes the current situation of filtering and concentrating equipment and identifies shortcomings and problems and gives the recommendations for improvement.
