摘　　要：本文通过仔细研究PSB产品的外形特点,探讨了直径为25mm的PSB成品孔型、K2孔孔型、成品机架刻槽设计思路及采用的具体方法,成功的开发出25mm PSB孔型系统。经过试轧,轧出了外形尺寸符合国标要求的￠25mm PSB产品。By carefully studying the shape characters of PSB product, the paper discusses the design solution and detail method of the finishing pass, K2 pass and finishing mill groove of PSB with diameter 25 mm. The pass system of 25 mm was successfully developed. The product which the outline dimensions meet the international standard was produced after test rolling.
