摘　　要：本文通过对焦油多程管壳式冷却器的多年使用情况总结,分析其影响生产工艺的诸多缺陷及因素,从这些不利因素入手,对该设备进行了结构技术改造。改造后的倾入式冷却器结构简单,冷却效果好,检修过程方便,满足了生产要求。Through summarized the application of multi-regulation shell type cooler of tar for many years, the paper analyzes the defects and factors influenced on the production. Based on theses factors, the technical revamp was made. The sink dumping type cooler has the simple structure and good cooling after revamp. Its maintenance is easy to meet the requirements of production.
