摘 要:面向一种小型空间飞行器结构系统,基于ANSYS和Pro/E,结合Pro/E和ANSYS二次开发语言Pro/TOOLKIT、APDL和VC,提出了针对系列小型空间飞行器集成化仿真的实施方案,并研究开发了7个参数的动静态仿真分析平台。基于该平台,研究了侧壁厚度、支撑板厚度、安装板厚度对结构性能的影响规律。以轻质化为目标,基于分析结果确定了较优的结构参数,给出了合理、可靠的小型空间飞行器结构方案,重量减轻了17.7%。为航天器的快速可靠设计提供了方法和依据。Oriented to the structure system of small spacecraft, an integrated simulation scheme for small spacecraft series was proposed and a static & dynamic simulation platform with 7parameters was developed, based on ANSYS and Pro/E software packages integrated with Visual C language and secondary development languages of Pro/ TOOLKIT and APDL. The influence on structural performances of the side-wall thickness, the supporting board thickness and the installation board thickness was studied with the simulation platform. Aiming at light weight, optimal structural parameters were determined by the analysis results, and a reasonable and reliable structure scheme of small spacecraft was proposed, of which the weight was reduced by 17.7%. Thus it provides a method and basis to the fast and reliable design of spacecraft.
