三元复合驱油井清防垢方法及应用效果分析

摘　　要：三元复合驱中的"三元"指的是聚合物、表面活性剂和碱三种化学剂。该方法可以比水驱提高采收率20%左右,目前在大庆油田正处于工业推广应用阶段。但由于注入体系中碱的加入会使注入、采出系统出现结垢情况,造成垢堵、垢卡等故障,严重影响生产。阐述了三元复合驱油井的结垢规律、结垢故障现象及处理方法,并结合大庆油田矿场试验情况介绍了有效的清垢、防垢方法。以期为一线技术管理人员提供参考。The ASP flooding technology refers to alkaline, surfactant and polymer. This method can increase the recovery ratio to 20 percent than that of water flooding. The technology is in the promotion and application stage in Daqing oil field. But there are some scale problems in the injection and recovery systems because of alkali adding, which caused the scale plugging, scale locking and other problems. This paper focuses on the oil well scaling law in ASP flooding, scaling fauh phenomena and processing methods, and the effective methods of scale preventing in Daqing Oilfield with ASP flooding pilot test. The viewpoint of this paper can provide a reference for the first -line technical management personnel.
