摘 要:萨北开发区北过一条带西区一类油层纵向非均质性强、水驱控制程度高、开采时间长,使得该区块投注聚后高含水井数比例大,厚油层底部低效无效循环严重,中、低渗透油层动用差,聚驱效率低。聚驱提效率试验研究成果表明,对非均质油层依次交替注入不同黏度的聚合物段塞,能够实现高、中、低渗透层聚合物段塞尽可能同步运移,改善非均质油层驱油效果;在进一步提高采收率的同时,降低聚合物用量,达到控水挖潜、节能降耗的目的。2013年该区块实施交替注聚,累积节约干粉110 t,累积增油0.25×10~4t,有效控制了低效无效注采,取得了较好的节能效果。Heterogeneity of major reservoirs in northern transitional zone of Sabei oilfield is strong, and control degree of water flooding is high. So the block has more proportion of high-water-cut oil well and caused low-efficiency and non-effective circulation in the bottom of thick oil layer after polymer injecting. Medium-low permeability reservoirs is poorly produced or unproduced, the polymer flooding efficiency is lower. The results of increasing efficiency experiment show that alternating polymer injection in developing heterogeneous reservoirs can achieve synchronous migration of prepositive polymer slug in a heterogeneous formation and reduce polymer consumption. Then alternating polymer injection realizes the energy-saving and resource consumption-reducing.Alternating polymer injection was implemented in northern transitional zone of Sabei oilfield in 2013. 110 t of dried powder can be saved and 2500 t of oil can be increased.
