摘　　要：当前国内的情报服务机构正在面临着智库化转型的现实问题。本文首先探讨了当前情报机构所处的困境,然后对于情报机构在智库化转型中所处的优势和劣势情况开展了深入分析,并在研究国内外智库案例的基础上分析了成功智库的要素,最后对情报机构智库转型中需要注意的问题展开深入讨论。Domestic information services currently are facing the reality of transformation towards think tank. This paper firstly discusses the difficulties that information service has to face, then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of information service in transformation, and the essential factor of a successful think tank on the basis of case studies of domestic and overseas think tanks, finally deeply discusses the questions should be notices during the transformation
