摘　　要：随着我国经济和社会发展步入"新常态",城市的快速扩张式发展逐渐得到遏制,许多城市开始寻找新的发展模式。与此同时,在现代经济活动的驱使下,大城市对于机场的依赖程度进一步加深,但由于单一功能的机场已无法满足现代城市的发展需求,对其进行改造和功能提升成为重要的发展方向。在此背景下,"机场城市"这一发展模式的提出为陷入城市楼宇包围中的机场提供了一个全新的升级途径,也使得城市和机场变得更加富有活力。文章结合上海虹桥机场T1航站区改造规划实践,详细介绍将单一功能的机场打造成"机场城市"的理念、策略与规划内容,希望能为那些被城市化地区包围的机场片区的创新发展提供借鉴。As the socio-economy enters “new normal” situation, fast urban development has slowed down and many cities seek new development models. Large cities rely heavily on airport for business development, but traditional single function airport needs renovation and improvement to meet the demand of modern cities. “Airport city” is a new model and approach for airport development in that it enriches the functions and activities of airport. With the case of renovation planning of T1 terminal of Hongqiao airport, the paper introduces the concept, strategy, and planning content of airport city, and provides a reference for airports surrounded with urbanized areas.
