摘  要:〔目的〕观察镜检法与人工消化法对旋毛虫成囊前期幼虫的检查效果。〔方法〕将10只雌性昆明小鼠随机分为2组,每组5只。1组,每鼠经口感染50条旋毛虫肌幼虫,感染18d剖杀;2组,每鼠经口感染50条旋毛虫肌幼虫,感染20d剖杀。镜检法、人工消化法检查膈肌中的幼虫。〔结果〕镜检法检查,1组、2组膈肌幼虫检出率均为100%;人工消化法检查,1组、2组膈肌幼虫检出率均为100%。1组膈肌幼虫每克虫荷均数,人工消化法显著高于镜检法(t=4.66,P<0.01);2组膈肌幼虫每克虫荷均数,人工消化法高于镜检法(t=3.59,P<0.05)。〔结论〕旋毛虫成囊前期幼虫检测,人工消化法优于镜检法。〔Objective〕To observe the inspection results of trichinelloscopy and artificial digestion method for on Trichinella spiralis pre-encapsulated larvae( PEL).〔Methods〕Ten male Kunming mice were randomly divided into two test groups( with 5mice per group). Each mouse of test group No.1 was inoculated orally with 50 muscle larvae of Trichinella spiralis and was killed after being infected for 18 days. Each mouse of test group No.2 was inoculated orally with 50 muscle larvae of Trichinella spiralis and was killed after being infected for 20 days. Trichinelloscopy and artificial digestion method were used to inspect the Trichinella spiralis pre-encapsulated larvae in the diaphragm.〔Results〕Results got through Trichinelloscopy: group No. 1,2, the PEL rates in the diaphragm were 100% and 100% respectively. Results got through artificial digestion method: No.1,2, the PEL rates in the diaphragm were 100% and 100% respectively. In terms of the mean worm burden of PEL in the diaphragm in test group No.1 and No.2, artificial digestion method was much more efficient than Trichinelloscopy( t = 4.66, P 0.01; t = 3.59,P 0.05).〔Conclusion〕For the inspection results of Trichinella spiralis pre-encapsulated larvae, artificial digestion method is more efficient than Trichinelloscopy.
