摘  要:目的 建立快速、简便、灵敏度高的同时测定血样中3种氨基糖苷类抗结核药的液相-质谱方法(HPLC-MS/MS)。方法 将使用常规C18色谱柱,以乙腈∶0.1%甲醇水(20∶80)为流动相,调节质谱参数来同时检测阿米卡星、链霉素、卡那霉素。结果 该方法检测阿米卡星、链霉素、卡那霉素具有较高的特异性,在1-40μg/m L浓度范围内具有较好的线性关系(r〉0.997),检出限最低为0.1μg/m L,定量限最低为0.2μg/m L;方法的日间和日内精密度RSD均〈20%。结论 该方法简单、准确、无污染、易操作,可满足一般情况下阿米卡星、链霉素、卡那霉素的检测要求。Objective A rapid, simple and sensitive method of phase chromatography tandem mass spectrometry ( HPLC - MC/MS) was purposefully to establish for the three amino glycosides of anti tuberculosis drugs. Methods The HPLC C18 Chromatographic column was used with 0.1% methanol water as mobile phase to detect the three amino glycosides Amikaein, streptomycin and kanamyein at the same time. Results The method was specific for the three amino glycosides showed strong linear relationship( r 〉 0. 997 )from 1 to 40 μg/mL. The minimum detection limit and quantitative limit were 0. 1 μg/mL and 0. 2 μg/mL respectively ; The RSD of intra - day - and - inter - day - precision were less than 20%. Conclusion The method we established is simple, accurate, non -polluting and easily operated, which can satisfied the detec- tion requirements of amikacin, streptomycin and kanamycin.
