摘 要:传统的叶尖定时信号处理方法在叶尖间隙改变的情况下定时值会发生变化,产生测量误差.本文提出一种提高光纤式叶尖定时系统定时精度的信号处理方法,采用同时分析脉冲信号上升沿与脉冲宽度的方法提高叶尖定时精度;研究分析了该方法的模型,并对该方法进行了实验验证.结果表明,在旋转叶片顶端前后沿切线基本平行的情况下,该方法可以有效减少叶尖间隙对叶片到达时刻测量的影响,提高了叶尖定时系统的精度.Traditional processing algorithm of the tip-timing signal of an optical fiber sensor probe is to input the output signal of the photoelectric detector into the comparator, and take the rising edge of the pulse signal obtained from the comparator as the arrival time, which will be changed by the variation of the tip clearance. A method to increase the precision of the tip-timing system was proposed in this paper, which was realized by analyzing the rising edge and width of the pulse simultaneously. Theoretical model of the method was presented and experiments were conducted. Results indicate that this method can re-duce the impact of tip clearance variation on the measurement of blade arrival time. Therefore, it is effec-tive to increase the precision of the tip-timing system when the front and back edges of revolving blade tip are almost parallel.
