摘  要:用固相反应法合成Bi_2Ca_(2-x)Sr_xCo_2O_y热电材料粉体,通过冷压烧结制备块体试样,采用DX-2500型X线衍射仪分析材料的物相,利用LFA-457、ZEM-3测量材料从室温到973 K的热电性能,研究掺Sr对样品物相组成与热电性能的影响。结果表明,掺Sr后Seebeck系数没有显著变化,但降低了材料的热导率和电阻率,从而提高了材料的功率因子和热电优值ZT值,改善了材料的热电性能。This paper investigated the effects of Sr doping on the phase and thermoelelctric properties of layered cobalt oxides Bi2CaCo2Oy, which has shown promising potential for waste heat recovery. After synthesized of Bi2CaCo2Oy by solid-state reaction method, it was ball milled into power and followed by cold pressing into disk and sintering in air. The phase of the fabricated disk sampie was checked by XRD, and the thermoelectric properties were measured by LFA-457 and ZEM-3 from room temperature to 973 K. The results show that with the part substitution of Ca atom by Sr atom, both the electrical resistivity and the thermal conductivity were reduced with little effects on the Seebeck coefficient. This results in the power factor increase and the optimization of thermoelectric figure-of-merit ZT.
