摘　　要：从2008年至今,城市商业银行的跨区域经营已掀起了一股热潮,这有利于我国金融格局朝着多元化、多层次的方向发展,有利于促进我国金融体系的更新和完善。但是随着城市商业银行跨区域进程的加快,其自身在经营管理过程中存在的原有优势丧失,风险和成本增加,发展模式雷同和人才短缺等一系列问题,这就要求城市商业银行应找准定位,加强风险管理,创新发展模式,实施人才资源战略以增强核心竞争力。The cross-region development of city commercial banks has become popular since 2008. It is beneficial to promoting the renewal and improvement of China＇s financial system. With the rapid cross-region development, the advantages of city commercial banks are lost, they faces many problems such as the same development model, talent shortage. So the city commercial banks should have clear location, strengthen risk management, innovate development modes, implement talent＇s strategy to strengthen the core competitiveness.
