摘　　要：为了更好地了解技术进步和人力资本是否对经济增长具有贡献度,以山西省为例,首先分析了技术进步对经济发展的作用和人力资本与经济发展现状,接着对这三者之间的关系进行了实证分析,进而提出了促进技术进步和人力资本投资的政策建议。通过实证分析,揭示了技术进步和人力资本对山西省经济增长具有正的推动力,可以为山西省今后的发展提供指导和建议,也可以为其他省份的发展提供参考。In order to get the effect of technological progress and human capital on economic growth, the paper has a empirical analysis of the relationship among technological progress, human capital and economic development taking Shanxi province as an example. Then it gives some suggestions of promoting technological progress and human capital investment.The result shows that technological progress and human capital have positive effect on economic growth in Shanxi province.It can provide guidance for the future development of Shanxi and other provinces.
