摘　　要：通过工程实践,阐述了人工挖孔桩施工过程中出现的孔壁局部坍塌现象及其成因分析,介绍了一种简单实用的处理措施、方法,对处理同类工程问题积累一些经验。Through the engineering practice, the paper expounds the partial collapse of hole wall in the process of the artificial dig-hole pile construction, analyses its forming reason, introduces a simple and practical treatment measure,and hopes to supply some references to deal with the similar engineering problems.
