摘　　要：通过对PMC项目管理模式进行风险分析、风险识别,并结合BIM技术的特点,进行项目可行性分析,使BIM技术与PMC项目管理模式结合在一起发挥作用。运用BIM技术对PMC管理模式的风险进行高效率、系统化的分析,建立基于业主方的项目风险分析模型及流程图。This study focused on the feasibility analysis of the project, which was based on risk identification and risk analysis of PMC project management mode as well as features of BIM technology, combining BIM technology and PMC project management mode together to play a role. We conducted high-efficiency and systematic risk analysis on PMC project management mode through BIM technology, and established risk analysis model and the flow chart of the project which were based on the proprietor.
