摘 要:分散剂在农药水分散粒剂(WDG)制备中具有重要的作用,研究了聚羧酸盐分散剂SD-819和磺酸盐分散剂SD-661的复配对WDG性能的影响。通过测定分散剂的表面张力和WDG的悬浮率等物化参数,发现复配分散剂制备WDG的悬浮率和崩解性等性能优于单一分散剂;同时考察了2种最优配比(3:6和4:3)的复配分散剂制备的WDG,结果表明Zeta电位和表面张力对制剂悬浮率等性能有重要的影响。Dispersants play an important role in pesticide water dispersible granules (WDG) preparation. We studied the effects of complex of polycarboxylate dispersant SD-81and sulfonate dispersant SD-661 to the performance of WDG. By measuring the surface tension of the dispersant and suspension rate of WDG, and other physical and chemical parameters, it were founded that the suspension rate and disintegrating properties of WDG with preparation of complex dispersants was superior than with single dispersant. We also investigated WDG respectively with complex dispersants at two the optimal ratio (3︰6 and 4︰3), and the results showed that zeta potential and surface tension had an important influence on the performance of the formulation.
