义工对农村居民急救培训的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨由医护人员及医学生组成的义工团对农村居民进行急救培训的效果。方法对义工进行培训,培训合格后对农村居民进行急救培训。采用播放视频、模拟急救现场、派发急救小册子、义诊活动、有奖问答及媒体跟踪报道等方式向居民传播急救知识与技能。利用自编的急救知识与技能调查问卷,培训前后对农村居民进行急救知识、态度、行为进行调查并对结果进行分析。结果培训前后农村居民的急救知识、态度、行为比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论义工对农村居民进行急救培训有良好的效果,居民的急救水平有明显提高,义工进行三下乡活动为一种有效的培训方式。Objective To explore the effect of volunteers＂ first-aid training for rural residents. Methods First- ly, the volunteers （medical staff and medical students volunteer group）, were trained of first-aid, and then they trained the rural residents to carry out the first-aid. By using video, simulation of first-aid, pamphlets, clinical activities, etc. the first- aid knowledge was transmitted, and after the training, the results were investigated by the self-designed questionnaire. Results The knowledge, attitude and behavior of the first-aid of the rural residents improved significantly （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The volunteers＂ first-aid training for rural residentshas a good effect, and the first-aid level ofthe rural resi- dents improves significantly.
