摘  要:目的探讨DR-PACS-RIS-HIS在高校新生入学体检中的应用价值。方法应用DR-PACS-RIS-HIS对7 673名学生进行入学胸片体检,对胸片资料进行影像学分析,计算日体检工作量、人均体检时间、平均每例胸片诊断报告时间。结果在7 673例胸片中,发现阳性115例,阳性率1.50%。其中肺结核10例。7 673例胸片检查共用时26.5 h,平均每位学生胸片体检耗时24.87 s,平均每例胸片诊断报告时间12.44 s。结论DR-PACS-RIS-HIS降低了学生受照剂量、提高了工作效率、实现了图像及诊断信息的数字化储存,值得推广。Objective To discuss the application value of DR-PACS-RIS-HIS in entrance physical examinations for college freshmen. Methods DR-PACS-RIS-HIS was applied into chest radiography examinations for 7 673 freshmen and the imaging analysis of chest radiography data was made to calculate the total examination time, per capita examination time and diagnostic report time for each case. Results Among 7 673 cases, 115 students were positive, and the positive rate was 1.50%, in which 10 cases were diagnosed as tuberculosisand the tuberculosis prevalence rate was 0.13%. Totally 26.5 hours were spent for 7 673 cases of chest radiography examinations in total, 24.87 seconds for per student examination in average, 12.44 seconds for per case chest radiography diagnostic report in average, Conclusion DR-PACS-RIS-HIS can reducethe radiation dose of the examinees, improve work efficiency, and realizethe digital storage of images and diagnostic intbrmation, and it is ~,orthfor promotion.
