摘　　要：目的:检测2014年博罗县健康人群中麻疹IgG抗体的指标结果,并对其展开综合评析。方法:随机抽取2014全年内各年龄阶层健康人群395名,采集其血液,并制成血清样本,以ELISA法实施麻疹及抗体IgG的定量评估,得出指标水平。结果:2014年博罗县接受麻疹抗体IgG指标检测的不同年龄段、不同免疫情况人群结果对比,差异较大(P<0.05)。但性别人群的检测数据对比,差异较小,没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:疾控部门要做好各环节的麻疹防控工作,实现"预防为主、严控麻疹"目的。Objective：To detect the indicators of measles IgG antibody test result of healthy crowd in Boluo county in 2014,and carry out comprehensive evaluation on the results.Methods：395 cases of various age were randomly selected in 2014 and then collect blood and make serum samples,which are evaluated by the ELISA quantitative evaluation method and antibody IgG,index level are obtained.Results：The measles IgG antibody test result of different ages,and different immune population in Boluo county in 2014 are statis-tically significant （P〈0.05）.But for different gender groups,the difference is small,with no statistical sig-nificance （P〉0.05）.Conclusion：For disease control departments,it is important to do a good job in every link of measles prevention and control work in order to realize the prevention and control of measles.
