摘 要:双降压式全桥逆变器(DBFBI)因不存在桥臂直通、直流利用率高而且可实现续流二极管的最优选取,所以具有可靠性高和变换效率高方面的优势。但是,DBFBI具有四个滤波电感,体积重量较大,限制了其在高功率密度场合的应用。将载波移相SPWM(CPS-SPWM)的控制方法应用到DBFBI中,该控制方式下,输出滤波电感等效工作频率是开关频率的两倍,有效地减小了滤波电感的体积和重量。此外,在电感电流半个周期内高频状态时只有两个开关管工作,有效地降低了逆变器的开关损耗。详细地分析了该控制方式下环流产生的原因,通过从原有的4个滤波电感中分离出一个共用的滤波电感(CFI),有效地减小了环流损耗,并且给出了滤波电感的具体的设计过程。最后将剩余的四个滤波电感两两耦合,进一步提高了磁心的利用率。实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。The dual buck fu ll-b rid g e inverter (D B F B I) has great advantages in re lia b ility and efficiency becauseof no shoot-through concerns, high u tilizatio n rate of DC input voltage, and optim al choice of its free-w heelingdiodes. H ow ever, the four filte r inductors make the inverter large and heavy, w hich lim its its applications inhigh power density conditions. The carrier phase-shifted sinusoidal pulse w idth m odulation (C P S -S P W M ) controlis applied to D BFBIs in this paper. W ith the CPS-SPWM co n tro l, the equivalent operating frequency of the outputfilte r inductors is twice of the sw itching frequency, w hich effectively reduces the size and weight of the filte r in ductor.In a d d itio n , only two switches work in the high-frequency sw itching state during the h a lf lin e cycle of thefilte r-in d u c to r current, w hich can effectively reduce the inverter switching losses. The circulating current in tro ducedby this control is analyzed in detail. By separating a common filte r inductor ( C F I) from the four prim ary in ductors, the circulating current losses can be effectively reduced. The design guidelines of the filte r inductors areprovided. F in a lly , the rem aining four filte r inductors are realized by two coupled inductors in order to further u tilizethe magnetic core. Experim ental results verify the theoretical analysis.
