摘　　要：结合我国现代房产测绘技术的现状,从测绘资料控制、测绘培训、规范房产测绘市场等方面,阐述了房产测绘技术的控制方法,旨在提高我国房产测绘的技术水平。Combining with the status of China＇s modern real estate surveying and mapping technology,from the surveying and mapping data control,surveying and mapping training,real estate surveying and mapping market norms and other aspects,elaborated the control method of real estate surveying and mapping technology,to improve the technical level of China＇s real estate surveying and mapping.
