摘　　要：目的:了解门诊处方用药的基本情况,以提高处方质量,促进安全、合理用药。方法:回顾性检查医院门诊处方,每月抽查200张,共抽查处方1 200张。结果:1200张处方中,合理处方1109张,处方合理率为92.42%,不合理处方91张,不合理率为7.58%。不合理处方主要表现为临床诊断不明确或无诊断、用法与用量不适宜、遴选的药品不适宜、无适应症用药或超说明书用药等方面。结论:医院门诊处方仍存在一定问题,应加强处方监管工作,以保证患者合理用药。Objective： To understand the conditions of outpatient prescriptions in order to improve the quality of prescriptions and the rational and safe drug use. Methods： 1200 prescriptions were extracted from outpatient department（ 200 prescriptions / month）and respectively reviewed. Results： Among 1200 prescriptions,1109（ 92. 42%） were qualified and 91（ 7. 58%） were unqualified.The main features of the unqualified prescriptions included unclear clinical diagnosis and no diagnosis,improper usage and dose,irrational drug use,and using the drug without indications or beyond the instructions. Conclusions： There are still some problems of the outpatient prescriptions,it is suggested that attention should be paid to the quality of prescriptions to ensure the rational drug use.
