摘　　要：针对无碳罐衬砖半工业生产中存在的颗粒集中、砖坯强度低、层裂、裂纹等问题进行分析 ,并采取了相应的措施 ,调整了泥料粒度组成及结合剂的加入量 ,使半工业生产试验得以顺利进行。新产品通过钢厂使用 ,取得较好效果。Through analyzing the problems existing in the semi industrial production of the carbon free brickwork lining such as particle concentration, low strength of the green brick slabbing and cracking, the corresponding measures are adopted to adjust the size composition of the mortar and the binder addition to make the semi industrial production trial run smoothly. The use effect of the new product in the steelmaking plant is excellent.
