摘  要:针对浮动盘式渐开线少齿差行星齿轮减速机构,利用质量弹簧等价模型法,建立起数学模型来简化传动误差与传动精度之间的关系,对几种主要零件相关误差参数下的减速机构的动态传动误差进行仿真结果分析,得到了影响减速机构传动精度的主要因素如浮动盘槽的宽度误差和行星齿轮加工误差等、动态传动误差的特点以及动态传动误差和各影响因素之间的影响程度,为合理地控制分配零件的加工和装配误差,提高传动精度提供了参考。A mathematical model of floating plate involute plane-tary transmission with small tooth number difference is established to simplify transmission error and precision by using a mass-spring equiv-alent mode1 . The transmission error simulation results with relevant error parameters of the several main parts of the mechanism were analyzed . The main influencing factors of the retarding mechanism transmission accuracy , the characteristics of the dynamic transmission error and the relation between dynamic transmission error and various influencing fac-tors were obtained , which have provided reference to control the parts ’ mismachining tolerance and assembly error reasonably, so as to improve the transmission accuracy .
