摘 要:活性污泥法产生的剩余污泥处理困难且易造成二次污染,本研究通过外加effective microorganisms(EM)菌剂丰富污泥中微生物种群,延长微生物种群食物链,达到降低污泥产率的目的。实验主要研究了菌液投加量、操作温度等参数对活性污泥工艺中的污泥产率的影响,确定最佳操作条件为:菌液与污水比例为0.005%;最佳温度是30℃;停留时间根据工艺过程在6~18 h范围内选择。通过污泥增殖实验和内源代谢实验确定了微生物生长动力学参数:外加EM菌组污泥衰减系数为0.005 4,真实生长比率为0.356 8;未加EM菌的空白对照组衰减系数为0.004 7,真实生长比率为0.426 6,结果表明外加EM菌可增大污泥系统的内源代谢速率,有效降低污泥产率。Activated sludge process produces large amount of excessive sludge which is difficult to be handled and easily causes secondary pollutions. In this study, the effective microorganism (EM) is added into activated sludge to improve diversity of microorganisms, which will extend the food chain and hence the sludge will be reduced. Experiments are conducted to investigate the effects of the dose of EM, operating temperature and etc on the sludge yield. The optimized conditions are: the EIM adding dose is 0.005%, the operational temperature is 30 ~Cand retention time is 6 ~ 18 hours based on different processes. The results of the sludge proliferation bench - scale test and experiment of endogenous metabolism are used to determine the microbial growth kinetics parameters: attenuation coefficient of the EM adding group is 0.005 4, the real growth rate is 0.356 8, attenuation coeffi- cient of the control group is 0.004 7 and the real growth rate is 0.426 6. The results show that EM can increase the endogenous metabolic rate of sludge system and reduce the sludge yield effectively.
