哈氏棒在急性不稳定性胸腰椎骨折治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析哈氏棒在急性不稳定性胸腰椎骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2013年1月至2015年6月收治的21例不稳定性胸腰椎骨折病例资料,均采用哈氏棒内固定进行治疗,并对治疗前后的椎体前缘高度百分比、Cobb角、VAS评分、神经功能进行比较,记录患者并发症发生情况。结果 21例病人均复位固定良好,骨折愈合,术后椎体前缘高度百分比、Cobb角、VAS评分及神经功能改善明显,并发症较少,随访3个月,5例术前轻瘫病人均有恢复。结论哈氏棒在急性不稳定性胸腰椎骨折的治疗方面具有一定优势,其对不稳定性胸腰椎骨折有较好的复位固定、促进腰椎愈合、恢复脊髓损伤的作用应值得临床进一步使用。Objective To analyze the effect of the treatment of the acute unstable thoracolumbar fractures. Methods Retrospective analysis of 21 cases of unstable thoracolumbar fractures in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015,were treated by the height of the front and rear of the vertebral body height,Cobb angle,VAS score,neurological function were compared to record the occurrence of complications. Results 21 cases were treated with good reduction and fixation. In June,5 cases of patients with preoperative mild paralysis patients got recovery. Conclusions The treatment of acute unstable thoracolumbar fractures has certain advantages,which has good reduction and fixation of unstable thoracolumbar fractures,and can promote the healing of the lumbar spine.
