上海口岸进境植物种苗截获疫情分析及检疫对策

摘　　要：对2011-2014年上海口岸进境植物种苗贸易情况以及截获疫情进行了分析,并对我国进境植物种苗检疫对策进行了探讨,提出了理顺检疫审批制度、开展风险分级管理、加强部门协作以及严格对邮寄和携带植物繁殖材料的检疫等对策建议。Plant seedlings has high risk of infected pest. Based on the analysis of the trade information and the pest intercepted from the entry plant seedlings from 2011 to 2014 in Shanghai port,the phytosanitary measures taken to entry plant seedlines in China were discussed. Suggestion about quarantine permit,PRA,strengthening departmental cooperation and management for plant seedlines carried by passengers or entry posts were put forward for improvement of entry plant seedlings quarantine.
