摘　　要：医学科研人才是医学发展的动力和源泉。实施有力的医学科研管理，特别是精细化管理，能够有效推进科研工作，带动人才培养，提升医院整体水平。我院通过加强学科梯队建设、搭建合作交流平台、实行有效激励机制、完善科研支撑条件、提高管理人员素质、构建科研管理平台等方面，有效提升科研人员的能力，使我院的科研水平不断提高。Cultivation of medical scientific research personnel is the driving force and source of the development of medicine. Powerful medical scientific research management would improve the overall level of hospital scientific research. Through the strengthening of discipline construction, the establishment of cooperation and communication platform, the implementation of an effective incentive mechanism, the improvement of research supporting conditions, the irrlprovement of the quality of personnel management, the construction of scientific research management platform, we effectively enhanced the ability of scientific research personnel, and improved the level of scientific research in our hospital.
