摘 要:针对录井技术发展速度偏低,不适应勘探开发发展需要,在相关行业竞争中处于劣势、依靠堆集工作量发展已难以持续等高油价下掩盖的问题,提出了在极低油价下录井行业发展的对策,并建议借助工作量不足的时机,以重组实现定录导测井一体化应对挑战,组织开发"互联网+无线测量"的智能远程录井技术,开发推广定量化在线分析技术,创新地层压力预测方法,开发新录井技术实现与钻井技术同步发展等提升录井实力;积极开展低效井(区)开发挖潜研究、落空井(区)复查增储、压前评估、区块地质综合服务等延伸录井服务领域的技术创新活动。Aiming at logging technology problems concealed by high oil price such as low development speed,not meeting the needs of exploration and production development, being at a disadvantage in competition with relevant industries as well as developing by accumulating workload and being difficult to sustain, the article puts forward countermeasures for logging industry development under extremely low oil price and suggests as follows:taking the opportunity of insufficient workload, using reorganization to realize orienting, logging and guide log integration to cope with challenges, organizing to develop "internet + wireless measurement" intelligent remote logging technology, developing and popularizing quantitative on-line analysis technology, innovating formation pressure prediction method and developing new logging technology to realize synchronous development with drilling technology, so as to enhance logging's strength. It also suggests actively carrying out low economic benefit well(block) development and potential tapping research, fall through well(block) review to increase reserves, pre-pressure evaluation, block geological comprehensive service and other technical innovation activities extending logging service field.
