基于葫芦[7]脲准轮烷的合成及其pH响应研究

摘　　要：设计并合成含芘的双季铵盐荧光客体分子,客体分子包含两个基于葫芦[7]脲(CB[7])的识别基团。双季铵盐分子与葫芦[7]脲在溶剂中可以组装成不同的[2]准轮烷。荧光滴定结果表明客体分子与主体分子葫芦[7]脲形成1∶1络合。在中性/弱碱性溶液中,主体分子与客体分子的双季铵盐段结合,当调节体系p H至酸性时,主体分子滑到客体分子的脂肪链亚甲基段。通过体系p H的调节,这个穿梭过程是可逆的并伴随荧光强度的变化。The pyrene of bis-quaternary ammonium salts fluorescent guest containing two binding sites with cucurbit[7]uril（ CB[7]）was synthesized. The bis-quaternary ammonium salts fluorescent guest and cucurbit[7]uril assembled into[2]pseudorotaxanes in aqueous solution. Results of fluorescent titration indicated that 1 ∶ 1 complex between the bis-quaternary ammonium salts fluorescent guest and cucurbit[7]uril was formed. Cucurbit[7]uril was encapsulated on bis-quaternary ammonium salts unit in neutral/weak alkaline solution,and shuttled to pentamethylene-carboxyl unit in weak acidic solution. In addition,this shuttling process was reversible with p H changes and accompanied with the fluorescence intensity reciprocal changes.
