摘　　要：研究新型嵌段亲水硅油Tran Soft 4917耐酸、碱、盐,耐热及复配稳定性能;并与JSS、STS进行了对比。研究表明:Tran Soft 4917在强碱p H=14和高温100℃沸煮等极端条件下,均具有超好的稳定性。该产品拥有优异的柔软性、白度、亲水性、耐洗性、返染性,其特殊弱阴离子性和高稳定性决定该产品可作为前处理煮练漂防皱剂和印花柔软剂使用。属于全新一代变革性有机硅整理剂,性能超过国外产品JSS、STS。Acid resistance,alkali resistance,salt resistance,heat resistance,and mixture stability of a new block hydrophilic silicone softener Tran Soft 4917 were studied. The performances above were compared with that of JSS and STS. Research results showed that Tran Soft 4917 has good stability in extreme conditions,such as strong bases p H = 14 and high temperature 100 ℃. The product has excellent performances,such as softness,whiteness,hydrophilicity,wash resistance,and re-dyeing. The product also can be used as an anti-crease agent in the pretreatment scouring bleaching process and softening agent for printed fabric finishing based on its special anion compatibility and high stability. It belongs to a new revolutionary organo-silicon finishing agent. Its performance was better than foreign products,such as JSS and STS.
