摘  要:对冷轧镀锌薄带钢下线存在明显的翘曲问题进行了研究,分析了卷取工艺参数对翘曲的影响,建立了带钢上下表面纤维塑性应变差与卷取张力的关系式,研究了不同卷径位置该关系的变化规律,制定了合理的卷取张力参数,包括镀锌线卷取张力硬芯倍数及硬芯卷径。结合现场切片翘曲数据,制定了最优卷取工艺参数,改善了镀锌汽车板的翘曲程度。The obvious warping of cold rolled galvanized strip on the uncoiler was studied in this paper.Through analyzing the effects of coiling technological parameters on warping,the relationship of coiling tension with the fiber plastic strain difference between strip upper and lower surface was found out,and according to the change rule of this relationship in different parts of the coil diameter,the reasonable coiling tension parameters,including hard core ratio and hard diameter of the galvanizing coiling tension,were formulated.Combined with the data statistics of warping in the field,optimal coiling technological parameters were formulated and the warp of the galvanizing automobile sheet off the production line was improved.
