摘　　要：鲍曼不动杆菌是一种条件致病菌,是临床最常见的非发酵菌之一,可引起各种组织和器官感染。近年来,耐药鲍曼不动杆菌已成为我国院内感染最重要的病原菌之一,被学者称为21世纪革兰阴性杆菌中的"耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌",其耐药性及耐药机制复杂多样。笔者对近年来AB的耐药性和耐药机制研究进展做一综述。Acinetobacter baumannii is a kind of opportunistic pathogens and one of the most common nonfermenting bacteria. It causes a variety of tissues and organs infections. In recent years,drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii becomes one of the most important pathogens in domestic hospitals,and it is called methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus in the 21 th century by researchers. The resistance and resistant mechanism is complex and diverse. Author review the progress of the resistance and resistant mechanism of Acinetobacter baumannii in recent years.
