补阳还五汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病周围神经病变30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补阳还五汤加阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:将60例DPN患者随机分为两组,对照组30例单用阿托伐他汀治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加补阳还五汤治疗。两组均治疗3个月后比较两组临床疗效、血脂及神经传导速度。结果:总有效率治疗组为90.0%,对照组为63.3%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组周围神经传导速度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组血脂各项指标治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤联合阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可显著改善患者临床症状,提高神经传导速度,疗效确切。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（ DPN）. Methods： A total of 60 patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups. The 30 patients in the control group were given atorvastatin alone,and the 30 patients in the treatment group were given Buyang Huanwu decoction in addition to atorvastatin. The clinical effect,blood lipid,and nerve conduction velocity were compared between the two groups at 3 months after treatment. Results： The overall response rate showed a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group（ 90. 0% vs63. 3%,P〈0. 01）. The nerve conduction velocity also showed a significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 01）.The blood lipid parameters showed significant changes after treatment and significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with atorvastatin can significantly improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms and increase nerve conduction velocity and has a definite therapeutic effect.
